Rye Harbour Nature Reserve
Go along the cycle path to Rye then out to Rye Harbour Nature Reserve. See the fishing and sail boats and learn about the Mary Stanford lifeboat disaster of 1928
Lunch in Rye
Visit the Camber side of Rye Harbour, if you are lucky you might see some seals! Head back to the cycle path and over the field to Rye for lunch before heading back.
